Luke Finley
Luke Finley was born and raised in Louisiana. From 2003-2008 he served as a medic in the U. S. Army. During his first deployment to Iraq in 2004, he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. After five years of service, Luke moved back to Louisiana to join in business with his two brothers. In 2010, he married Meghan and they now have six children, Lane, Levi, Lincoln, Logan, Lucy, Lydia. Being lead by the Lord, Luke and Meghan moved to Laramie, Wyoming, in March of 2014 for Luke to attend Wyotech. During his time at Wyotech, he and Meghan established a Thursday evening tradition that included a home cooked meal followed by a Bible study. He graduated in June of 2015 and began seminary at The West Institute the following August. He continues to invest in Wyotech students through Techne Ministries.
David Graeff
Blessed to grow up in a Christian home, David came to personal faith in Christ at an early age. Upon graduation from high school, David went to the University of Wyoming where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy in 1993. After working in hospital pharmacy in Montana for a couple of years, he went on to seminary in Columbia, South Carolina, receiving a Masters of Divinity from Columbia International University. From 2000 until 2014, David and his family served the Lord as missionaries in the countries of Mongolia and Indonesia. From 2014 - 2019 David served with Laramie Valley Chapel as a minister to college students and internationals. This year, David and his wife, Georgia, celebrated 30 years of marriage. They have two sons, Dan and Ben. David is passionate about missions, Bible teaching, and discipleship. He also enjoys a wide variety of hobbies from fishing to scuba diving. But he is particularly interested in motorcycle riding and sports cars.
Wyoming
Billy Wiley
Billy Wylie received Jesus Christ as his savior in 1991. He has been married to Nicole since 2011and has two children, Candice and Daniel. For many years he has operated a concrete flatwork business. Billy also graduated from seminary at the West Institute in Laramie, Wyoming. When he isn’t studying the Bible or reading history, he is out in the mountains hiking, hunting or snowmobiling. Billy partnered with Techne in 2015, and serves as a small group leader. God has used his personal testimony as well as his time invested to lead students to Christ.
Casey Craig
Casey Craig was born and raised in Southeast Pennsylvania before moving to to Cheyenne, Wyoming as a Sophomore in High School. As a High School Senior he joined the WY Army National Guard and continues to serve today. During the summer of 2012, Casey received Christ. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2013, earning a degree in Civil Engineering. Casey joined the Techne team in 2015 and serves as a small group leader as well as a financial advisor. His testimony and love for the Lord has lead tech students to Christ. He graduated from The WEST institute in 2016, earning a Masters in Theology and continues to serve faithfully with Techne.
